Kaylene’s experience is diverse and extensive and she provides Corporate Training and Business and Personal Consulting and Development to Organisations such as KPMG, The Victims of Crime Unit, ART Security, Gecko Solutions, Rail Plus, Pracom, Merck, Unibic just to name a few.
As a certified Workplace Assessor and Trainer Kaylene has facilitated and developed various Certified and Tailored programs.

Kaylene is also a qualified practitioner in Thought Field Therapy and has Diplomas in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Stress Management and also has worked with the De Bono Institute in ‘Lateral Thinking’ and the Advanced Practical Thinking Training programs.
Other certifications also include Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training(TAA40104) Diploma in Frontline Managment, Cert IV in Business Admin, Certificate IV in Financial Services.

Kaylene works with a diverse range of people, some with highly challenging life and work issues and assists them in going beyond problem solving to building new tools and strategies for living and working.

As a respected Mentor/Advisor Kaylene provides a strong commitment in assisting individuals to grow and develop mentally, emotionally – by taking healthy risks, going beyond what they believe is possible and restructuring the thinking paradigms and limiting belief systems.
In-turn this creates a more effective and productive result which transforms individuals to a whole new level of personal and professional performance that assists in giving them new meaning and purpose to their lives.

Kaylene is also the Principal and Founder of the MindFull Thinking Group – MPowering Mindfull Thinking at Work and in Life.
